Thank you for checking out my new website, so here is a little about me and my background. My names Megan I'm 27, originally from London. I am a teacher, fitness coach & Ex professional Rugby Player for the Irish Womens Team.
I moved to Ireland 5 years ago, little did I know it would change my life for the better in every aspect. I was out to catch a dream I never really knew I had, the thought of becoming a professional rugby player was very scary but so exciting. I never really knew what I wanted to do or become, so here I am a few years later so much healthier, fitter, stronger, happier then ever before, I've always been an active person but here in Ireland is were my love and passion really grew for health and fitness and I wanted to bring my experience, ideas and motivation to build a business. That is where Move Energise Glow was created.
My Own Transformation
I've completely changed my entire lifestyle, going from First choice holiday rep to elite athlete was a real challenge. At the beginning I failed to come to terms with giving up my carefree, party girl lifestyle with rules, schedule & repeat routine. It took me a while to listen, focus & really grab this chance with both hands. I had to learn to set goals and WORK for them.
I studied at Oaklands College in the UK and obtained a BTEC Dipolma in Sport, NVQ Level 3 Personal Trainer certificate, I am a fully qualified Nutritionist and I have gained over 8 years working in the fitness industry. I am the creator of Move Energise Glow Ireland’s newest wellness + fitness organisation that provides the perfect platform to inspire, motivate & encourage you to get active and excited about your health and fitness goals. Enjoy educational & entertaining events of fun, fitness classes, yoga, key note speakers, food stalls, healthy treats, plenty of laughs and goodies galore.

I created Megan Williams Blog to share with everyone the things I wished I had someone telling me along the way. A place to be a friend, and to tell you your not in this alone! A place to keep my self motivated, and help motivate people from all over the world that are working towards a healthier lifestyle. A place to show you my side of life, but also show you that you can have a healthy life and give you the tools and knowledge to help you be the healthiest version of you, a space you can turn to for inspiration and creativity, but most importantly for support and encouragement. A place to share with you my experiences, passions, embarrassing stories, fave products, healthy recipes, food diaries, workout tips, and all things Health & fitness.
