2 whole grain/ brown/ seeded Tortilla Wraps
3-4 Big chunky tomatoes
Mixed mozzarella + red cheese
M E T H O D
Start with spreading the tomato puree over on to the tortilla wraps, cut your toppings ready to throw onto the wrap, season- tip add spinach then add the shredded cheese and buffalo mozzarella , cook in the oven on 170 until crisp.
